Europard - another China import??

Was at a local farm show and they had these tractors called Europard. I took a closer look and they were stamped made in China. But the engine had perkins on it.

Years ago those blue I think they were called "Rhino" China tractors tried to make a go of it out here. But they didn't fly for very long. They were REALLY cheap and basic. They made Belarus look good!

These Europard look to be more refined something along the lines of new Belarus but not as heavy duty by looking at them.

Anyone seen these around in your area? Are they dirt cheap like those knock off china built quads and motor bikes that are now on the market?
