We use straight Jet A in our fuel truck(2000 International). I take the sump Jet fuel home all the time and burn some in the heating oil tank. For the Diesels, I have some old (unused) motor oil that is not (in my opinion) suitable to lubricate an engine, but OK to burn. I think I mix mine a little rich on the oil but have had no ill effects after about 8 years of doing so. I usually dump about half quart (unmeasured, give or take a bit) to a 5 gallon container. If you mix it with 50/50 Jet/diesel, which is what I do when my Jet fuel harvest at work gets slim (sopmetimes I have competition), that is ok too.
