I haven't, but my neighbor did rebuild one. It was a Ford 801D and it burned completely up. The only salvageable parts were the castings,hard metal parts and sheetmetal. Replaced every bearing and seal in it, not to mention a complete motor rebuild. He did have the castings hardness checked. It was was only rebuilt for sentimental reasons, could have bought another tractor for less.
