Because they can, Kids and most adults are not held responsible for their actions even when you catch em red handed. There was a time when lo life's made restitution for their dirty deeds, but that is a thing of the past. If you catch em in the act, the judge MIGHT fine em five hundred dollars, and he will for sure, cut em loose. Now you have a judge with five hundred dollars, and this is suppose to make you feel better every time you look at your busted equipment. Makes me mad and it's not even my tractor.
