I usually get something screwed up during deer season. Or stolen - I have found my lawn furniture dragged out into the woods, overlooking a bait pile, fences cut, trash left around. One thing really got me was the water hydrant by the garden - I don't mind if somebody needs a drink of water, but why leave it running? People here have had horses shot, tractors shot or vandalized. And in 20 years my neighbors and I have NEVER had 1 person ask to hunt on our property. Thats why everywhere you go, you see no trespassing signs. BTW - I have hunted all my life. Easy
