The rates listed seem to be what I've heard and read on auction listings. I wish I had one on my place it would sure make a nice retirement income. I would retire while I could enjoy it.
Just be carefull on the contract and make SURE that you get extra money for each extra company they add in the future. A neighbor lady thought her contract allowed for this until they added more and she couldn't get paid extra because it really wasn't in the contract.Plus they ruined a culvert with the big truck pulling in the tower and she couldn't get them to fix that.
