A well worn two cylinder Deere gasser with a single barrel carb. Does well to even fire every now and again on the right cylinder at slow idle.
When idling, ground the right plug and likely little will change in the way she runs.
Coolant temp has to be 180 to 195F on gasoline and plugs 3116 Autolites.
Odds are the many tiny orfices in the idle circuit are filled with rust,dirt and gummed fuel.
Open the drain on the carb bowl. Will gasoline run a steady stream for 1+ minute without the rate dropping?
