Seals and 'o'rings are cheap. If the cylinders ere left in an extended position, and not too rusted from that- takes just a bit of emery cloth and elbo grease to renew them. If they are pitted or slam-damaged- that is another story. Any old trip bucket loader is worth 2-3 hundred if it is cylinder only- not cylinder and cable. With a hydraulic bucket it is worth double or more.
