I forgot, the 3000 you are looking at has turf tires. You might need to buy different rims to make ag tires fit - often the turfs are real different rims, ag & turf tires come in different sizes & don't always work on the same rims. Something to check into.

Since you are planning on mowing 40 acres with this tractor, the turf tires would be what you want anyhow?
