MF 1105 ??

We bought a 2 row corn chopper last fall and our JD 2940 (80 HP) just didn't have the power to run it right. So I'm looking for a bigger tractor to run the chopper.......I'm NOT replacing the 2940. I found a MF 1105 that looks great ,but I do not know much about them. Does anyone know if they're a good tractor ??? The price is $9000 and it has a cab. I also know where there is a JD 4240 for $14,500 ,but it looks real rough and has 12,000 hours.
