At least that makes sense. I have experienced that size difference with the SL rating when putting another tire on my round baler.

But ag tires are SL regardless and all that I have ever seen are rated 25 mph max.

As far as a tractor front tire or a utility flotation tire where else would you use them.....maybe a JD Gator or something.
