In a month or a little more I will do my yearly deed of preparing a beautiful level, weed free, loose, nicely prepared garden area. I then turn it over to the wife - who plants things lovingly all over he** without really any system or pattern. She then watches it grow for a while UNTIL about late June or early July when I mow off everything that has overgrown the area (mainly tumbleweeds, cockleburs, grass, etc - then we wait again for the next year.....
