Glen I really think that because as you say'farmer fixed"that we aren't smart enough to engineer something that will work?I am glad not everybodt listens to al the nay sayers and ventures out on their own to make something.I have seen PLENTY of factory engineered devices that are down right scary,made and designed by engineer types.This legislation is trying to legislate common sense.Just my 2cents
