Hi Dug, No payment needed; glad I could help. This just kinda offsets in a tiny, tiny way the huge favors these guys have done for me. :>) Just as an aside, you might wanna really watch the travel of that pivot arm right at that particular bearing. Mine had done the same thing as yours and after I had put the new cap on, I noticed that the cap was binding on an old weld at the full "open" extension. I am wondering if something caused that original cap to split like that on yours? Tryin' to help, Allan
