Case 580B info ????????

I posted this message in the Case forum yesterday with no results and Im too impatient so Ill try here. Where can I get info on this tractor,weight,hp,etc. I have the site for Case farm tractors on this info but they dont list construction equip.Trac.SN-8736776,Eng.SN-2750320
My buddy just bought this unit with a tri-axle trailer for $2100.00 bucks and everything works,can ya believe that.it has a cab with all windows intact and heat,I think I hate him,all I gotta do now is get him to bring it to my house.
Also what does the model B,C,D,CK etc. mean on these machines.
