John Deere 60

I have a 1954 jd 60 with a wide front end. new starter,tire fair, paint fair, runs, new muffler, stored inside and drives however trans will slip if under heavy load. I live in Canada and have been offered 2000 cdn for it. wondering if this is a fair price
