Gas or Diesel? The first large tractor on our farm was a 190XT gas w/ power crater. It was such a step up from the 300U, I thought it was a monster. We pulled 4-16s in plack dirt and sand. I loved the tractor and my father still has it. Drawbacks: Fuel behind the seat made it a little more difficult to place drawbar pins or look at pto etc. We moved round bales a couple of miles at a time with it and it was pretty slow on the road. Being a gas burner it drank heavily. THe hydrolics were good, the engine performed flawless and it was comfortable. I always liked the looks too.
