That's enough truck to handle it. I do with my 1996 Dodge 2500 and 360 gas. GO WITH A GOOSENECK !
Get a good quailty deck over they are using torque flex axles now and they aren't as high as mine is with springs,also go with a 5 foot bevertail so as it is not too steep. How is stuff going to slide off ? Chain it down.
