Don't know if this is the same one but Pickering seed farms of Straghn Indiana (located in East-central Indiana, went out of business in the late 80's I think) had one just like this. They also had purebred Hampshire hog business and they used their truck to pull a 16 foot stock trailer and delivery boars all over the midwest.

They had a mechanic in Dublin Indiana custom build the brackets and install the Duetz engine. They used the truck with great sucess and put at least 200,000 miles on it.

Don't know what happend to the truck when they went out of business.
