IHC 100 Hydro vs Allis 7060

I'm looking at an IHC 100 Hydro w/10k hrs. Can anybody say good bad or otherwise about one? I had one twenty years ago and thought that it was alright, but it only had 2k hrs on it. What should I look for at 10k hrs? Another possibilty is an Allis 7060 or 7030, but I know less about these two individual tractors, other than they both have brown bellies as opposed to black. I'd be using said tractor for tillage if I don't go no-till. I'm on the fence as to what I want for a drill, We've only had conventional drills, but I'm curious about a no-till drill if I strike out on my own.
