need help with allis chalmers timing

can anyone help me with this allis chalmers i had gave to me it ran when i got it but it had to be restored it set in a field for 30+years i tried the things you guys told me but it didn't work the mag was totaly torn down it works well i think but it still won't work it won't fire. and also can any of you guys look in one of your manuals and tell me what year this allie is the number on the left side under the brake housing is wd52615 it would really appreaciated. thanks for all your help guys. josh
