Adding Anti scalp wheels

I ended up sticking with the Troy Bilt Super Bronco with Vtwin B&S 21hp automatic mower over the Cub Cadet with single Kohler but the one issue that is making me wish I had switched is the lack of front anti scalp wheels. Can you add anti scalp wheels to the front of a MTD deck without mounts? Seems like drilling a few holes and using 2 bolts would be fine. Does anyone sell the wheels with mounts? Thanks
