Goats?? :? ) I fyou look you can find an old (70ish)name brand tractor reasonably priced. I bought a Cub Cadet for 300 recently. Easy to work on your self and the parts are fairly easy to come by. Same with Allis, Deere. If you avoid the newer stuff and off brands you should be OK.
