Hi All,

Me, I took the wifes kitchen plastic broom outside so a buddy and I could mop the bottom and side walls of a under ground building with hot tar.

Well like a dummie as soon as the plastic broom fiber hit the hot tar, she melted to a stub.

Next morning I got up and I asked my son what mom was doing in my service van,

"gee Dad I'm not sure but Mom asked me how much your digital thermometer cost."

About that time Mother walked over to my welding bench and used a single jack hammer to tweak my digital thermometer into calibration bliss.

As Mother came in the back door, I went out the front door. She still has not forgiven me about her favorite broom and thats been 25yrs ago.
