I agree with you on this.Even using GABC crushed black top or GABC curshed concrete, with the waste you would need about 480 ton. I'v been doing this kind of work for the best part of 30 years and after thinking about I belive it would take me about 25 hours with a GOOD tight tilt and angle blade D4 or D5. It would take some time to cut your back slopes in to make it drain. With a $3.00 a ton haul I priced $9750 for the job. Thats providing there are no soft spots that need to be undercut ot the top soil doesn't run 18" deep as we see from time to time.
