The rate of drop screw is located on top front of the rockshaft housing. If you are sitting in the seat, look down between your legs (just below your jewels) there is a bolt with a jam nut on it. Loosen the jam nut and back the screw out a couple turns, and try the lift. This has nothing to do with the rate of lift, just the rate of drop.
