on the back if you plumbed your loader which i am presuming you did through the back remotes just above the remotes theres a vertical lever and a turtle and a rabbit make sure lever is turned to the right. more likely under the hood there are valve bodies. there are 2 valve bodies bolted on top of each other depending on how you have it hooked up ie which lever you have for tilt which one you have for up and down will dictate which lever you use and dictate which valve body is not working right. most likely you will have to remove the valve bodies replace the o rings. also you have to adjust valve bodies on the bench and alot of people get that wrong.
