Okay, I'll post back just as soon as I can find the broken part. We are in the middle of high-level discussions at this very moment, negotiations simply are not going well and the management seems to be of the opinion that the underlying difficulty just might lie in another area. The suggestion has been offered that perhaps one of the old tractors stay outside. I am doing research now, as I'm sure that this unfounded cure is at the very least immoral, if not downright illegal. Who ever heard of a red tractor setting outside in the frost, for goodness sake? I�m getting� a second opinion! :>) Allan
