Doesn't work that way in this case. This is for a museum and they are replacing what was once there, but is now missing. They replaced the original boiler with a new one of the same appearance and specifications as the old boiler, same for the stack, and are already certified for the pressure they need (both the boiler and the operators). Original engine was an Oneida that was advertised, in its time, as a 40 horsepower engine. Their first choice is to find an Oneida the same as what was there originally, but at this point, they'd use another make with similar ratings, bore, and stroke. We understand the correlation between pressure and horsepower.
