Well I got it to run, but it runs wide open all the time. I cannot get the governor to move very easily, it seems to be very stiff. When it is running I can move the governor and slow the
RPM"s down but that is about it. The pump is recieving oil and it has spring pressure against it but I do not know what is holding it.
