I would let her know what the tractor might be worth.If she is given this info. she will have some knowledge to make a decision.She might have given it thought already and does not want to get involved in listing and dealing with the sale.Offering in exchange,to help her with knowledge and your machinery down the road, might mean more to her than being troubled with selling a tractor
