Allis Chalmers IB

I am new to tractor collecting I was previously in Hit and Miss motors and have just purchased my first tractor outside garden size.I purchased an Allis Chalmers B. When I picked it up the man offered me another tratcor and Allis Chalmers IB with a blade mounted on the front.It did not have a hood but could be there somewhere.it does not run it was sandblasted years ago and sat out so everything is rusted again.Just wondering how rare there are and what a good price would be to pay for one in this shape.Thanks for the info
