Have to agree that the stress levels of Americans could be the problem. Take one day to slow down and notice how people live. Always in a rush to get no where. Just look at rush hour traffic in the evening to see what I mean. What are they rushing to. They are only going home and if they were to get there 2 mins. later what would that matter. But yet they rush rush rush. People buy Cadillac�s on a VW budget so now they need to rush even more to pay all the bills. America's problem is not what they eat it is there overwhelming problem of Keeping up with the Jones�s that creates most of there problems.
