If you wanna play ya gotta pay. Wife has a 2004 2500HD; 8.1 Vortec; Allison trans; crew cab; short bed; 4x4. It is one heck of a truck and does everything she wants and more. 13MPG cruising and 9.5 MPG @18,000 pounds and 70 MPH.
