No vaccume problems that I'm aware of. Even with no overdrive I'm getting about 15-16 MPG out of a carbed pickup. When I first bought it it was only getting 12-13 mpg. Its running better as the carbon gets cleaned out and as I stitch out plugs, plug wires, rotar&cap and so on. There's a boat load of vaccume lines that can lead to that problem on those pickups.
