Just a thought, but why not get a big "lawn mower"? More specifically, a golf course "turf mower, fairway mower, ect... I work as a maint. supt. at a large country club. We deal with several "turf equipment dealers" that frequently take trade-ins, and then offer them at very attractive prices. John Deere comes to mind, as I was looking at a "used equipment price sheet" from a dealer in Ohio this very morning. Some of the fairway mowers are up to 24'. They run upwards of $20,000 new, but used will sell as low as $1500.

Just a thought. Nothing like a well engineered, factory built, parts available piece of equipment.
