CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE

I need a switch for a damper control for a outside wood boiler. I want 120 volt. I don*t want to use a step down transformer. I would like a magnet type so when it is fed power it closes and with off it opens. All I need is open and close no inbetween. This has to be 120 volt. I don*t know if I gave you enough information but I don*t know much about this. Hope you can help me out.
