Have you followed the instruction manual on how to adjust the clutch pedal free play with the ecentric nut?
If that doesn't work the internal pushrod can rub, wear then bend at the weak spot.
Sometimes when the clutch is replaced the tinkerer doesn't get the clutch actuator finger clearances set correctly on the pressure plate.
