You would have to fabricate one for the 140. You could use a plate to mount to the fender mounting flanges since the 140 doesn't have a left axel housing. It would be a right elbow buster. If you are concerned about tipping, keep the 140 for parades and get a tractor with a center seat already equipped with ROPS for work. A ROPS that has been altered in any way from factory cannot be certified and may be more dangerous than none. I put one from John Deere on a Farmall M but it was a bolt on deal. Ed
