I understand your quandry, Allan. I have one just like it, of course mine is a snaggle tooth looking beast compared to yours. I pulled the stunt steveormary was talking about and tried pulling old hedge limbs out of the trees. Really bends those teefers. I took mine over to a buddies shop two weeks ago and keep "postponing" going over to work on it. Of course it's been so wet I couldn't use it now anyway. But they sure do come in handy. I've cleared at least 50 trees with it, hedge, cedar and thorn locust. Don't know how I ever got along without it. Since I've got ear, I might ask how are you going to brace those teeth? Looks like you've got some bracing on it now. I was thinking about running a piece of angle across the three teeth in three different places (about 18 inches from each other.) I'm afraid, though, it may cause me to hang up when unloading brush. Any good suggestions to beef it up and keep it from grabbing brush when unloading? Dug
