Sure...why not? If he's a hot agent and generates millions in policy, why isn't he worth his 100k? Is Oprah worth 90mil a year...is that baseball pitcher worth 125mil 5/yr contract? I guess that's what it was or thereabouts. What is a person worth? If that person generates a revenue far more than they are getting paid..well? If you had a business and you paid some guy 250k in salary and that person brought to you 1 million in profit. Tell me with a straight face that you wouldn't pay it.
