I think I may have the same welder. It also doesn't run. I didn't replace the 2 small 12 volts with two more, I put 1 bigger 12 volt in. It ran for a few months, then quit again. My grandfather had bought it new and it has a history of going through coils. Are you getting spark? I have a manual. Any pages of interest you'd like me to scan and send to you?? It's kind of thick. If I can get enough time, I could probably scan most of it. My e-mail is open.
