Well, Kick Me in the Gut!

Arrrhhgh! Been dealin' for months now to buy an old couple's farm so that the wife and I can go out and "scratch around" & "play farmer" in our sunset years. Owners called and said their kids had talked them out of selling the place. We always thought it was kind of odd that they would never let us sign a purchase agreement or accept any money from us. Okay, back to the drawing board to find another; trouble is, the really good ones are never for sale and we really don't want to go thru a real estate agent. Might have to tho. Grrrrrr, hate this part! Rant over, Allan
