Value of 165 w/ QT Loader

Hi, I have a 9N sitting in the shed, but I have been lusting over live hydraulics/PTO and looking for a loader for a little while now. Found a MF165 Diesel w/ QT loader at a dealership reasonably close. Just wondering if his $6900 is close or should I be looking to negotiate a little harder. I also posted this on the MF board. What would you expect the price difference between gas and diesel to be? What do people think of the 165? I know the 135 is almost universally loved by those who are lucky enough to have one. Thanks, Kirk BTW, location is south-central PA.
