ASSAULT WEAPONS........been illegal (except for VERY FEW class 3 licensees) since the Gun Control Act of 1968.........2nd Amendment is not about hunters/self defense/PRACTICAL PURPOSE weapons; "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed". What part of that is hard to understand??? SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE..........phrase doesn't exist in my copy of the Constitution; my copy says "CONGRESS shall make no law", etc.
