Transmision and Hydrolic problems

I have a 1958 Ford tractor 601 series when the tractor is runnong it spits trany oil out of the timing inspection hole. Ihave replaced the front seal but problem still persist,Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this.
anouther problem is that my front bucket hydros wont work I have changed out the hydro pump and oil and filter didnt do any good.Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated.
