transmision oil leak

I have what I beleave to be a 1958 ford 600.not certain though.#s are*1226*. I have a couple of problems. First is when the tractor is runing it pumps the transmision oil out through the timing inspection hole.I'v already replaced the front transmision shaft seal and it did'nt chage things a bit.
The other problem is the front loader.It dose not work at all.when I first got it it would move very slowly put a knew pump on now it wont do a thing.Any sugestions
