Normally the springs in the preasure plate get weak from heat,so a resurfaceing is not much help.Years ago you could buy the springs and rebuild yourself.I have had the other parts break on clutches that have lots of age on them,so now most of the time people buy a rebuilt preasure plate to get all the parts new.If there is lots of wear on the disc you should replace that to.I have had a number of oliver clutch disc break out the springs.
