8N 3 point lift

I just bought an 8N and got it running great thanks in part to this site. My next project is the hydraulic system. It works fine, but it shakes when it is in the up right position and the engine is running. If I shut the engine off, it drops in less than a minute. Common? Repairable? Dont worry about it? I have read that they will lift 800 lbs. I don"t think this one will. I have a gannon on it and I put a wheel weight on it to give it more weight, and it lifts it no problem. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
