thanks for the tip. Thats the only other thing ive heard mechanically. Everyone else says it needs something on the back or colder weather makes it not want to come down. Ive screwed the valve all the way out so it should be coming down pretty fast.. Hope i can figure out what youre talking about and how to get into it the housing.
